I have a paid off tablet that was a data line only. During a call from an MTN sales person, I stated very clearly that I do not want and upgrade. 3 days later, the MTN courier service called to confirm an address to deliver a new device. Again I stated clearly, I did not authorize the delivery. I logged calls during the first week of September. On 07/09/2018, with reference number ********** 46, I was assured cancellation is in progress. Despite that, I was charged for a device I did not order and did not receive.

Beware of these telephone sales people!! Beware of 'voice recorded' calls!!

They just take your money and the recording where you refused is counting for nothing!!!

I am very disappointed with the incompetence of the MTN call center, as well as the way you are transferred only to be cut off each time instead of receiving the help you requested.
