MTN CHARGING EXTRA FEES
<p>I have a H/WFEES being charged on my mtn cellphone contract since MARCH 2016 at R326.42 X 15 months to date =R4896.30, please credit this to my account and remove this monthly fee off my account.</p>

The copy of your contract reflects that your copy of the upgrade with Autopage was captured on the 29-4-2016 the term date is now corrected to 29-4-2016.
The H/W fee service is now removed and the account will be credited R4243.41 for 13 months billing for the Hardware fee service.
