MTN charges pensioners after being victims of *****

My Mother in Law is a victim of ***** that happened in Port Elizabeth on her MTN contract. They then cancelled the old SIM, and swapped to a new SIM, and also lowered the limit as the ********** increased it to R14000.

Now MTN want to charge them R14 000. After numerous phone calls, MTN has been no help at all, and are unable to help. And now they are stuck with a R 14 000 bill.
