MTN Charges Individual contract thats cancelled out of bundle rates and still is billing to date October 2023 - January 2024

To Whom it may concern, I have gone into an MTN store the glen to cancel a contract that has expired in October 2023. We called the call center and I there after have logged several calls with the call center. I have been charged out of bundle rates for this contract that I have cancelled. Even when MTN offers to upgrade the contract I stipulated that this contract is going to be cancelled. I have then escalated the mater several times in January 2024. Looked at my bill and I am billed once again. The contract expired in October 2023 and I am still being charged in January 2024 surely this is a ******* and can not be going on.
