MTN CHARGES FROM 3RD PARTY

I received an additional charge on my account of R608.70. When I called MTN to find out what this charge was for, I was told it was for BF Promo Services. They have no other information to give me so I cannot even trace who this is. She said she would escalate this but it still doesn't explain how you MTN can put a charge through without them having any detail or confirmation that the charge is legit.

My contract has expired and it is now charged on month to basis....I have however been an MTN subscriber for over 3 decades but have decided not to renew my contract.

I don't want charges just added at random...so will just cancel - less hassle.
