MTN charged more than 5.1% & added items never subscribed to or received

MTN increased my bill with more than 5.1% & added itemised billing which I never subscribed to or received. MTN did not correct this mistake. My old MTN bill with Vat was R135.00 pm. New 27 April 2023 bill with Vat is R164.00 pm
