MTN CHARGE DATA ON FREE DATA CONTRACT!!!a
I've been an MTN client for 18 years, but I'm done. They charge me data but I have a 1G free on my contract every month for exactly a year now. Every month I try to solve this problem at different branches. Now they charge me for even more data ( my usage per month are 600mb) . Every 2 weeks my account is R5000 and then they suspend me to! <br> I've been to the branches in Kolonade and Kimberly where I work, but now luck, the branches can not help at all! What a disgrace of a company! <br> DO NOT GET A MTN CONTRACT AS THEY WILL STEEL FROM YOU!!!<br> Ref no: REQ:*** and REQ:***
