MTN Changing Packages on own accord

MTN Have decided on their own accord to cancel my SMS package and now declare that I have to purchase additional bundles at an extra cost - my monthly rate did not get reduced when they cancelled the bundle. IT is near to impossible to get any joy from the call Centre
