MTN changes Terms of Contract after 3 Months
It seems MTN is determined to loose me as a customer after 17 odd years. Although my previous complaints regarding the overcharge on subs only took 2 months to resolve, no sooner has the money been refunded, before I received a sms stating that the pricing structure of my contract has been updated. Trying to get a clear answer form anyone is a mission in it's own because the \ Customer Service dept

Kindly note that all MTN customers (new or old) are affected by any price changes. Therefore, they are notified in advance regarding MTN's pricing and services.
