MTN changes price plan without consent. No English menu's to get through to them

Been with MTN for 2 decades. Received a message that they are moving me to a different price plan that i did not ask for. Tried calling them multiple times, but every time it goes straight to a Xhosa or Zulu speaking menu. Thus have no idea how to get through to them. I didn't ask you to change my price plan.
