MTN Changes my delivery address without my knowledge and doesnt update me on my order.

Please note I spoke to a consultant like right now and she advised me the person who took my order changed my address and never put my order for a upgrade through. Like WTH MTN? I disgusted at your staff, if i get billed for something I dont have i will take you guys to court.
