MTN changed debit amount with my concern
I am only rating it 1 star because there's no option for 0. I am very unhappy with MTN! I received a message that they changed the start date for my data bundles and value-added services to the 5th from the 16th. I didn't even authorise this, now they debited my account with R257 more than the usual amount. I didn't not budget for this! This is shady and *******! I want my money back MTN

02 Dec 2019, 18:56It's fine there's no need to return the debit order. The contract ends on the 16th of December 2019 and I don't wish to continue doing business with you anymore, I will terminate my contract as soon as comes to an end.
