MTN -******* change of contracts

Dear Mtn

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at mtn in 135 Rivonia road. The client service is ********** borderline non existent. I am a long standing client with mtn (20 years) and spend a fair bit of money on a monthly basis. I expect better from a company that's been in business for so many years. The main problem is that I have signed a contract with mtn 135 Rivonia road but I seem to be on a totally different contract. I also took a tablet for my daughter that was on a special promo @ R149pm that I now pay over 600 pm . I sure feel that this isn't legal and demand that mtn resolve this swiftly. I took to hello peter in the hope that I can get the help that I need as at the store level it is a joke. sales person -Kagiso Manager - George This has been ongoing since December.

I expect a prompt response from mtn and action to be taken before I take this a step further and seek legal advice.
