Mtn change contract without your permission

It's been a month after MTN has *****elantlly change my contract and cannot fix it. Three rivers branch in Vereeniging Gauteng SA become so rude. Not sure if the ***** dept is also in the boat because they also cannot even sort out my problem. As I have told the rude employees at the branch where contract was *****elent changed I will go and open a SAPS case for ***** against them en give them the case number and let it be from there. I have 2 other responses here also but absolutely no reply from MTN. can you really not sort out your own mess?
