MTN Champions of non delivery!

Cancellation not effected:

Several cancellations were done on a contract but not effected instead MTN has been billing the FULL amount amount after the contract expiration date, meaning we still paying for the device. The retentions team doesn't reply on email until you call and they say it wasn't cancelled becuase you owe them an amount that was billed after a cancellation request. To date they haven't cancelled, they just want my Money! Horrible horrid service !
