MTN CEO SHOULD DEAL WITH HIS CALL CENTRE AND STAFF
I was a loyal MTN customer, I wanted to move my MTN cell account to prepaid, I spoke to consultants 2 months before the expiry of the contract, they told me to phone in, after the contract has expired. I phoned in and another consultant told me that i should have phoned earlier, after explaining my position, he said that he will call me to sort out the problem and that I should not worry about the account as i was given the wrong advice.

My account has been subsequently been suspended and i cannot get through to the call centre. The CEO should actually deal with his staff and terrible service and he will not want to deal with MTN again!!!

Angry MTN customer
