MTN Century City ***** Contract

My Name is Khaya Burwana , I won an Entrepreneurship competition that was hosted by city of cape town and MTN WAS one of the sponsors.

I won a laptop and a router that i had to collect from MTN Store in Century city. as part of the processes they told me to bring 3 months bank statement which I did but from June I have been getting Debit orders of something I was not supposed to pay , I contacted the store they said they are fixing it but nothing has been done till today, I called their Manager Noleen but she has now been Ignoring my calls.
