MTN CENTURY CITY - DARRYL ARENDSE

Worst in store service. I upgraded my contract with an ZTE LTE Modem. Darryl Arendse gave me **** contact details, after he assured me that if I had any problems, I could contact him with the **** details he provided me with on my CPD. He didn't even RICA my simcard in store. Since the 26th of March I've been going back and forth with MTN trying to see if my data has been activated, but I get transferred to the next department and the next department, and so it has been going in a cycle. I want to cancel this contract upgrade with MTN. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!
