MTN Centurion Mall - Absolutely pathetic service provider and store

I did an upgrade with MTN. They cancelled my expiry contract. When doing the upgrade, the cancellation went trough on the expiry contract and new upgrade. MTN Cancelled the new upgrade and deducted a tremendous amount from my account September. I am unable to refund it from the bank, because they blocked it from their side. We going into month 2, deducted again a tremendous amount now in October. Still no refund is received, keep getting excuses and no progress is made. They advise to bring back the phone to do a credit, firstly it was booked in wrong, secondly they had to correct it and booked it in again. And only to find out today they booked it as a credit not credit note and GPA claim for it to be approved.

Today I went back to the store Sazi will tell me he cannot help me, the store cannot take accountability and responsibility for this because it is the MTN system, I should take the phone back and sell it because they cant resell a second hand phone(that is a month old) , I need to log a complaint then MTN will refund.

I tried to call MTN millions time, everyone at the headoffice is ***********, they transfer you from one to another and no one has a clue what to do.

MTN is not a reliable service provide, they will make excuses not to give you your money back and not take accountability for they actions and mistakes.

MTN should invest in their employees, not even employees at the store know what they are doing. They will keep looking at you with big eyes and tell you to call the centre!! Give your employees proper training!!
