MTN centurion centre bad service
MTN centurion centre next to PnP. Worst service from one of their consultant who has nails like Cardi B and dark skin, she didn’t want to assist me from the word go to do a sim swap of which I’ve been struggling to do for 2 days now. She wanted to send me to the other MTN when I ask her to atleast try and help me of which she gave me an ATTITUDE and I don’t even know if my sim swap is done coz when I call 135 it says the number is Rica “baard”. It is so easy for MTN to do sim swap for *****sters but very difficult to reverse it. It been over 2 days trying but no help from both 135 and MTN stores. I will have to go to Vodacom even though it is very hard for me to change my number that is over 15 years.

30 Dec 2023, 20:48My sim swap was done on the 27 Dec 2023, 28 dec I called and went to MTN in quagga I was told their system is down I then we to MTN in Centurion centre on the 29 Dec where I was given the Attitude and my sim swap was not done but the lady said she did it I should wait for 3 hours. On the 30 Dec I called and I was assisted and told to wait for 24hrs. While waiting my money was withdrawn using cellphone banking which is link to the cellphone number that I’m struggling to get a sim swap done or get it blocked. Had MTN assisted me in time I was not going to lose money and worse they do not even reply to the complaint I posted yesterday.
