MTN cellular network poor service

This morning I walked into a empty MTN Store in Canal Walk shopping center. I waited almost 20 minutes while there where 4 staff members behind one counter looking busy, they didn’t even bother to look up to assist. Another customer walked in after me and immediately got served as the staff member didn’t even realise that I was standing there in the line which wasn’t appropriately marked(A4 printed page stuck up). The staff are not customer oriented and need plenty of training, which is a reflection of how the place is managed. If someone from Management eventually sees this review and responds, I can send you the photo.
