MTN Cellphone insurance ****

MTN Insurance is a ****, It's been 4 weeks now since I claimed for my ****** cellphone. I'=m without a phone and no one from MTN has made contact with me. Whenever I need an update on my claim, I have to call or email them and it's stories every time.
