MTN Cellphone insurance not really MTN

I have lost my cellphone Samsung Galaxy note 20 Ultra 5G

I have submitted the claim and its approved and I have paid the access fee. MTN cellphone insurance comes back to say they do not have the replacement device and that the insurance is not with MTN but Admyntec. When I walked into MTN store bought the phone and the Insurance document has the MTN logo you would think its MTN, fair enough if they are the underwriter then that means they work together, so if I have lost my device and submit the claim MTN can give me the replacement device and they work together, I am told NO they will have to have stock the Admyntec of my replacement device if not I will have to choose within the stock they have and what they offering me is either below the value of the insured device or the specs are not the same or re poor. So if Admyntec is working with MTN why not sauce the replacement with MTN that is in the same value and same spec? I am sitting for a month without a phone.
