MTN CELLPHONE INSURANCE IS A **** PLEASE BE AWARE AND AVOID THIS.

I made a claim for my lost S9 Samsung Galaxy with mtn insurance company since the 9th of may 2020, they said I must call for follow up. I called them several times and I always got same excuses that my claim is with underwriters. Even today I didn't receive any approval for the claim. I am paying every month and nothing is done. I hope the mtn insurance company is a **** and the is no such. Be wise South Africans I don't want you to experience the big hurt that I have now. Working together we can as Africans.
