MTN cellphone insurance

I took my insured cellphone for repairs at MTN then to my shock, the insurance requested a motivational letter in order for them to repair my cellphone even though the policy cover the repairs. My 1st contact with them was on the 26th of August and to date they are yet to fix my phone.
