MTN Cellphone Insurance

Claim submitted to MTN Insurance to repair damaged iPhone on 01 Nov 2017. Courier collects damaged phone on 02 Nov 2017. Followed up at various intervals with no satisfaction. On 14 Nov 2017 MTM Insurance informs courier that device is missing. Trying to be reimbursed but struggle with *********** people and a non-existent system to handle the incident. Three weeks after collection case not resolved and high frustration levels.
