Mtn cellphone insurance

Am dissappointed with the feedback and service with your insurance companies that you refer people when gwtting a new device. I shall be cancelling my contract with mtn because of this. You arw insured for 10.999 yet they give a device which cost 8000 and still need to pay the access fee.
