MTN Cellphone Courier Delivery

I was annoyed with the communications with regards to the delivery of my MTN cellphone. Calling me to effectively tell me off for not being available after the delivery has failed because I am in an important meeting is not good customer service. The lady was very rude & treated me as if I was in the wrong & I should be available at any time. I suggest you address this with the couriers call centre & perhaps ask drivers to confirm if the person is available at a specific time before leaving for the delivery.
