I dont know why is it difficult for MTN to communicate with this their annoying lawyers, because of them l will never ever have anything to do with mtn in my life.

Mtn has contracted a service provider that was suppose to help customers cancel their contract, it looks like mtn contracted this service provider just because the company is good at ignoring calls, hei you will never get hold of them to cancel the contract,data will be imposed on you and money will be taken from your account,mayb its another way of keeping mtn alive,l call this unprofessionalism, greedy and unwise,instead of doing good marketing you mtn ***** from your own customers

I know what they say l owe,you guys complain management promised me to communicate with them to clear this account,you called me to notify me that because l did called on 20 February 2017 to cancel the contract so l do not owe MTN anymore as this was a mistake on your side,buy now you guys refer me to that your legal department,for your information that legal department of yours wants a letter from MTN and you guys changed your mind about clearing this error,so now l am confused becuse your lawyers are always sending me messages promising to send me to court,l am really dissapointes with you MTN
