MTN Cellphone contracts

I had a cellphone contract with Mtn which was for 2 years. Ended in August 2023 and communication was sent regarding the termination of the contract in June 2023...but they still debited my account in September 2023 and now they don't want to repay me my money. Been emailing and getting excuses/delayed response from them or ****ty service and I am currently not happy with that. Definitely not a good company to get a cellphone contract with. They don't even stick to their 24 hours response to resolve complaints
