Mtn cellphone contracts

Never use MTN to get a cellphone contract is is the most wrong decision you can ever make. I had to get a cellphone contract in last year September. I got the phone but i cant seem to pay it off every month. If i go into the store they tell me every time there system is so slow and i will need to wait. Then i pay in store the wrong amount 3 times even if the say the next time will go to normal but it doesn't .Now they told me in the beginning of January that everything will be back to normal but they still haven't debited anything this is really ridicules'.
