MTN cellphone contract *****

On February 2017 I started receiving debit orders from MTN for a cellphone contract account that I do not have with them(never received any airtime, date a or any benefits from them). Upon alerting MTN I was told to get an affidavit from the police about stating that an account was open **********ly under my name and to alert my bank. I did all the above and also ended up changing bank account details to prevent further debit orders, submitted ID and affidavit twice to MTN (The first one I sent they say was not legible ). Got confirmation of receipt of the documents. Two months later (March and April) I was contacted by MTN lawyers about my "account that was in not being paid. Upon calling MTN about this they could not find any documentation on the system from me about a ***** case. Documents were resubmitted. A few weeks later I called for an update and I was given reference numbers of reference numbers till last month(July) I was told only a portion of the outstanding amount was cleared by the MTN ***** department by a Mr Ryan O'Brian and it was unclear why an amount of R3000 wasn't cleared and was told that the number in question was going to be blocked and that I would be given an update in 24-48 hrs. Fast track to now, the number has not been blocked, the outstanding amount is still not cleared and is accumulating interest. When I called again I was given yet another reference number and spoke to a supervisor by the name of Yusuf. Six moths later im still stuck with this problem and this has affected my credit rating badly. MTN is full of lazy *********** people!!!!Can anyone advise me on what to do?
