MTN CELLPHONE CONTRACT DISASTER. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a Cell phone contract with MTN which I was paying for so well before I lost my job due to the impact of COVID. So I couldn't pay my contract for a few months until I got another job recently and now I've been calling MTN for 4 months trying to pay off my outstanding balance on the contract.

They keep saying that my contract is with VVM but VVM keeps telling me its not with them and I should contact MTN for further details...Today I spoke to three MTN Consultants in the contracts dept. and all three of them cut the call immediately when I explain my story with them and how I need to pay off my contract as it is ruining my credit record.

PLEASE MTN, MY CREDIT RECORD IS AT RISK BECAUSE YOUR CONSULTANTS ARE NOT INTERESTED TO HELP ME OR THEY DON'T KNOW THEIR JOB

ONE OF THE CONSULTANTS SAID THAT MY ACCOUNT IS ON AN OLD SYSTEM AND PROMISED TO TRANSFER ME TO A RELEVANT INDIVIDUAL BUT SHE CUT THE CALL IMMEDIATELY BEFORE SHE EVEN TRANSFERED MY CALL

I TRIED SENDING EMAILS AND GETTING THESE REFERENCE NUMBERS BUT NO ONE SEEMS TO BE ABLE TO ASSIST ME.

DOES YOUR CONTRACTS DEPT. KOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING?

PLEASE ASSIST ME MTN, I NEED TO FIX MY CREDIT RECORD. PLEASE!!!
