MTN cellphone contract

Well it was back in 2022 around march i was phoned by an agent representing mtn contract the agent name was Africell, they selling a Samsung A32 which was going to come with monthly data and i think i was gonna pay 300 or something. And the payment was they were going deduct the money monthly.

Well they said they were gonna deliver the cellphone along with a Sim card contract buy on the day of the delivery i did not received anything from them, i tried informing them that nothing i received they ignored me than came the first month they started deducting money from my account then i kept on doing the reverse transaction since i cannot pay for something i did not received.

It went on for about three months doing that and I decided to tell my banker to stop allowing them to my account, and after than mtn started now to call regarding to this i told them the very same thing they said i must do an affidavit with my six signatures and emailed to them i did that and I don't know how much times i've done but still my case wasn't resolved.

And i have phoned every department on mtn regarding to this and now is willing to do anything about it and it has even affected my credit abilities.

And mtn decided to take my metter to these debtors collection attorneys, i forget the name of the first one but i also told them the very same thing that i can not pay for something i did not received thy also said i must do the affidavits and signatures i did that but still couldn't help..

Than mtn decided to take my name Namble debtors collectors and um not gonna lie some of their consultants are rude, and i've been stating the very same reason on why i won't pay the account, I even try reporting them to NCC but still even there they did not resolve this case.

The worst part is i didn't even receive any Sim card from them and i don't even have a contract number basically i did not received even any code to activate any contract from MTN

I am not going to lie this thing is draining me now MTN has failed me very bad ☹️
