MTN CELLPHONE CONTRACT.

A lady phoned last year in August 2017 and said she was from MTN and that my contract was going to expire and I needed to upgrade. I said I would like the Nokia 6 and she said that she had it in stock and that it would be delivered to my house. A month went by with no delivery and no communication. I queried at MTN if my name was on the list for the Nokia6 and they said no order had been placed. After a month the lady the same lady pretending to be from MTN(from Summersun Trading) phoned me again, I told her I was driving and could not speak to her and that she should phone me back later, which she never did.. Out of desperation after not hearing from the lady again, I went to MTN Century City and signed a contract for the Nokia6 on the 9th September 2017 TALK+S@R299 on the 9/09/2017.

On the 20/09/2017 my contract was changed to a contract that I still don't know exactly what it entailed at R279.00. When I queried this new contract at Century City the lady Jill Arendse said that this new contract overrode my existing contract through a 3rd party Summersun Trading who are the same people who phoned me in August, pretending to be from MTN. The lady at Summersun Trading had, all my details, including address, phone nr, ID nr, etc. My details were given to a third party which under the CPA this is *******. I did not receive the Nokia6 from Summersun Trading nor signed an agreement with them. I also never got the benefits from the 2017 TALK+S@R299 I signed for with MTN.

I reported this to MTN Century City early October 2017 and have a Ref nr1- ********** 9544 to Dawid Maasz and Jill Arendse and still my contract has not been corrected. I have been to MTN City 3 times this year and still no response or corrections to my contract.
