MTN Cellphone contract

<p>I bought a new Sony cellphone on contract with MTN last year. Earlier this year within a space of year of using the phone, the phone just switched off. I send it into the store for repairs and after months of calling them we eventually got the cellphone back in working condition. 3 weeks after getting the cellphone back the thing would not charge so we send it back in for repairs. About a month later, only when we called them did they inform us that they will not repair the cellphone because "we tampered with the phone" according to them. This Sony cellphone is of the new type which needs specialised tools to even open it...so how the hell could we tamper with it?!!!!! After numerous calls and emails we have not received any response, yet i am still diligently paying my contract account. I have not had the pleasure to enjoy the cellphone but i am paying.</p> <p> </p> <p>Exetremely ****ed off!!</p>
