Mtn cellphine repair

I have bought a phone at edgars via mtn ..after a month my phone couldnt switch on.i then took it back to edgars and they sent it to mtn repairs..i was told that i will get my phone after six weeks. Whuch never happened m now on the eleventh month waiting for my phone. When i call to enquire they tell me thar they are waitng for spares..every time i get the same story..im now tired of waiting .i feel ****** and not taken serious..i jst want my phone back or my money.. Please help
