MTN CellFi Pathetic Client Service / Safety Concern

My parents are located on a farm between Springbok and Aggeneys, For the last 10 weeks we have sent multiple emails, WhatsApp’s and made over 15 calls to resolve the signal problem, This is a huge inconvenience as we can not proceed with business or stay in contact with the other farmers in our area for security and safety.

MTN has promised to send out technicians on multiple occasions, yet no one has come to sort out the problem with the installed hardware. The one time they were on their way to Cape Town, after sharing the address with latitude and longitude information!

This needs to be sorted as a matter of urgency.

Nasipi – last phone call follow up 18/06/2025 She was going to call us back as the system is constantly offline, We waited the whole day as we can only call when we drive out 60km to find signal in the nearest town and to no surprise no call was received!
