MTN cell station erected next to garden flat

My complaint is: MTN came to erect cell base station on a company site which is unfortunately right next to the residential flats belonging to same company. My rented flat's garden and lounge windows are right next to the cabinet which makes an incredible noise Mon-Sun, morning till night. It has an effect on all downstairs tennants. I don't even sit outside anymore. Noise is extremely loud and irritating and I MEAN EXTREMELY LOUD and starting to affect my sanity and drive me up the wall, so to speak, noise just going on and on and on. I tried on numerous occasions (4 e-mails at present) to contact MTN in writing via e-mail and everytime I have to repeat my complaint. Up till now, I am still awaiting a response to please sort out my complaint and queries, which were: 1. why MTN did not notify the company concerned where station was erected how this terrible noise would impact on tennants emotional wellbeing. 2. as the office block area is very big, why they did not erect it much further away, between some office blocks instead. We are not asking you to remove it, just to please move it to a better suited location. Thank you
