MTN cell service made inactive

I am a long-time prepaid client of MTN for more than 10 years. Since yesterday, my service has been made inactive. I have been to the MTN store in Ottery and left my contact details. I have no feedback since. This is frustrating as I cannot make or receive any calls. This is critical to my job. Please can this be resolved ASAP! Please email me for my cell number.
