MTN CELL PHONE NUMBER HIJACK

My mother has been using her number for almost 15 years, last week I tried to ring her only for someone else to pick up and tell me she took out a new contract that same morning and the store had given her the number as her own.

We’ve opened a case, called MTN a million times ONLY to be told they cannot return the number because it was awarded to a contract applier.

TALK ABOUT ROTTEN SERVICE. even I’m considering swapping to voda cause this is the worst service ever!!!
