MTN cell phone insurance

Im really not happy with the way mtn insurance is handling the claim. I logged a claim since last week and when I call them to do follow up , always they are awaiting their underwriters to approve and I mean , I have submitted everything and its so frustrating and boring to get one response the whole freaking week. The service is wrack and I really regret insuring my phone with MTN, my life depends on the phone and cell phone numbers , im stuck with one response for the whole week . Please do something about this . Im super ****ed ,been patient enough .
