MTN Cell Phone Contract

Lodged a complaint on 27 January and 31 January. No reply. My mother-in-law did receive a phone call from a call centre agent on 3 Feb. She is not fluent in English. Asked to speak to an Afrikaans agent. Told one would phone her back. No return phone call. Contact me on my email address pls.
