Mtn cell phone Account

Good Day I would like to bring this matter that I am having with MTN at the moment MTN south Africa accounts Department takes up to 36 hours to sort out the a person cell phone account which l have paid in full on the 3rd May 2024 and now it's is now the 9th of May 2024 and my mtn account is still not sorted out mtn account department is useless and they don't know what they are doing and because of this they have now suspended my account and their MTN app does not really work as well because that where I go to pay my account this not exceptable they need to do the thing
