Poor customer service.

Ordered home router online. First the delivery was late. Secondly the courier was unable to deliver my home internet router due to biometric issues with my fingerprints and I'd. Tried calling the call centre only for me to hold for hours. WhatsApp also does not help. Email customer service they also did not help. I want my refund I am no longer interested on doing business with them. MTN CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POOR REALLY!
