Good day, I've send messages via email to mtn about my account. They take so long to answer and its very difficult to call because they think a person have a lot of money to phone them.

1. They change details without letting their client know and then they want you to pay them. 2. They can't give proper feedback on the question you ask. 3. Please can someone talk to me who will understand
