Despite numerous follow-ups, I keep receiving vague responses that it is "almost done," but the problem remains unresolved.

This delay is unacceptable. I am therefore requesting immediate action:

1. **Upgrade my contract back to the correct business package** without further delay. 2. Alternatively, if this cannot be resolved immediately, **cancel my contract without penalties** due to the ongoing service failure.

I expect a response and resolution within **48 hours**. Failure to act accordingly will leave me with no choice but to escalate the matter further, including lodging a complaint with the relevant consumer protection authorities.
