MTN Cci

Mtn Contracter Cci has no clue how to help with contracts or upgrades. 25th May 2022 I phone in as none of the MTN stores want to help to do a prepaid number to contract. I spoke to a lady that was kind of helpful and I even gave her the contract prices as it is in the brochure over the time period I would like the contract. she came back with a price of R828 per month. This is for the phone with a watch. when I received the contract that was emailed to me I found that she gave me the wrong watch, phone again to Cci and she did not came back to me. 26 may 2022 I had to leave 3 messages before she came back to me and was a little rude on the phone, she also said the the price will change to R928.00 for the phone with the watch, I asked to phone back later as I was busy with a client, she cancelled the contract. Later when I phoned back and found out the contract was cancelled I asked to speak to a floor manager, there was none available. I got hold of Crystal as Senior Consultant that took over and we had to do the process all over again, she told me that everything has been sorted. I will receive an sms when everything will leave the warehouse. 31 May 2022 still no sms and try to follow up, Cci had problems with the contracts and everything was sorted after I phoned and had to redo half of the contract. I received no paperwork again. but the promise was made by her that everything will leave on Friday and be with me 7 to 14 days. 31 May 2022 phone Crystal again at Cci, again contract problems, redo half of the contract again and receive sms at that stage. 08 June 2022 I phone again Cci and asked for Crystal to follow up and still contract issues, a few minutes later I got all the paperwork via email andd sms after redoing the contract for R928 again and saw on the contract the wrong watch, phone her back and she said that the watch I want is R948 per month and not stated R928 per month as there is a printing error on the brochure, so I agreed to the new price and still they are send me the wrong watch as I already bought the protectors for the items I request on the 25th May 2022 10 may 2022 I have asked 6 times that I phone to speak to any managing directors about this, they are everyday in a day long meeting and cannot assist

2,5 weeks to to get my phone and watch, How long still???????
