MTN

Good day - I have been victim of a **** done by MTN - someone phones you saying your MTN app has been hacked and then they increase limits and spends money on your account. since that happened on the 30/01/2024, I have been phone and phoning and phoning - all they say we need to wait for the Invoice to be generated and shown on their side, so today I have received the Invoice on my side and yet again phoned, what do they say the invoice is not Generated on their side, how is that even possible? Can MTN please get this sorted out and report the ***** and even take the money they have used off my account and also I will only be PAYING my normal amount that I pay each month, nothing more.
