MTN Cavendish is absolutely Terrible. Disgusting.

On 20 Jan 2026 I purchased a Samsung S25 FE at the Claremont, Cavendish branch. Unfortunately it was I was pick pocketed and the phone was ******. Police needs the ITC number to block the phone but MTN Cavendish apparently "CAN'T FIND IT". They blaming the sales person, Azhar Sheik, who assisted me who they employ and trained and now conveniently no longer works there.

Absolutely appalling!! Do not recommend.

On top of this, they cant even do a simple SIM swop!!!!
